Returns & Exchanges

THE ROW offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please ensure that footwear is returned in the original shoebox and protected by an outer shipping carton.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure timely processing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided with your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Dispatch Shipment

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary collection through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
